Conceived as a contemporary industrial facility, this project in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai, brings together operational efficiency, robust materiality, and a bold architectural identity. The design moves beyond conventional industrial aesthetics, transforming a functional building into a visually distinctive development through a considered interplay of form, texture, and proportion.
The building’s exterior features a distinctive combination of blue metal cladding, expansive glazing, exposed brickwork, and light-toned vertical panels. The bold horizontal projections establish a strong visual identity, while the glazed surfaces introduce transparency and natural light. The exposed brickwork adds warmth and texture, creating a balanced contrast with the building’s modern industrial elements.
The architectural design emphasizes clean lines, efficient circulation, and practical access, ensuring that functionality remains central to the overall composition.
